By ticking the consent box in a form on this site and sending it, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest give consent to Automation Factory LLC (Sp. z o.o.), tax id PL5253077478, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa, Poland (the operator) to process my personal data on the terms below.
Name; contact I left (phone, messenger handle or e-mail); the text of the request and the chosen configuration; IP address and browser information recorded when the form is sent.
To answer the request: contact me by the channel I chose, show a demo, prepare and send a proposal, and keep the history of the request.
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation. The data is not published and not used for other purposes.
Until the request is resolved and for one year after the last contact, or until I withdraw consent — whichever comes first. After that the data is deleted.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to contact@automationfactory.dev. The operator stops processing and deletes the data within the period set by law. Withdrawal does not affect what was lawfully processed before it.
The same consent is asked before going from the site to a messenger: there I pass my data to the operator myself, in the chat. The messenger is a separate service with its own terms and its own servers, and the message is seen by that service as well. If I do not agree, I can write to the e-mail above instead.
The operator is established in the European Union. The site and the mailbox that receives the enquiry are hosted in the United States, and that transfer relies on the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses with the provider. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and no automated decisions about me are taken.
